CZA perfect accomodation surpassing our expectations. The appartment in a family house is located in a small town in the ideal distance between Florence and the west coast. The area around is quiet and safe. The appartment is equipped with all you need for a week sujourn with your 4 member family.It was clean, tidy, nicely decorated to make you feel like at home. The owner was caring, and he stopped by to ask if we were satisfied during our stay a few times. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. We were enjoying also the beautiful view when having breakfast on the terase to the garden. If you plan to travel to Toscany, you simply must go to this lovely place!
It was a bit cold in the house in the evening, but there is a heating available and over the summer visitors would appreciate the house stays cold despite the hot wheather outside.

DEThe location is perfect if you're looking for a base to.explore Tuscany. Town Buggiano is settled between Pisa and Florence. Town Lucca is a 20 minute drive away. Famous village San Gimignano is a little bit over an hour away. Town Livorno and "white beach" are around an hour away.Everything in the apartment is clean and new. TV and WiFi function properly. The car can be parked on the property behind closed gates, regardless of the size of a car. Supermarket COOP is in walking distance from the apartment. The kitchen is new and has everything we needed. I enjoyed my coffee on the terrace, next to the living room. The owner is a very pleasant guy. It was a very peaceful experience. If we get another opportunity to visit Tuscany, we won't be looking for anything else.
