Honnêtement pas grand chose... C'est le premier commentaire négatif que je laisse pour un établissement et je voyage fréquemment, mais fuyez cet hôtel... Ou vous vous retrouverez à pleurer le soir de voir arrivée et à n'avoir pour seule hâte que de partir d'ici.

J'ai fait de l'humanitaire en Tanzanie plusieurs mois, je suis habitué aux logement basique ou sommaire mais alors cet hôtel... Une catastrophe ! J'avais réservé 4 nuits je n'ai pu serrer les dents et rester que 2... Brièvement, le personnel est désagréable, j'ai rencontré des difficultés de communication rédhibitoires, mon arrivée était désobligeante. Si vous cherchez du repos et du calme passez votre chemin : c'est trop bruyant très tard! La chambre était sale, grande certes, mais délabrée... Il faisait très froid, j'ai dû demander deux couvertures épaisses. Le lit était aussi dur que du parpaing, j'ai préféré mes lits superposés en maison volontaire ou dormir à même le sol à la limite ! Il y avait zéro accessoire ou équipement mais ZERO. La salle de bain est terrible, sale, pas pratique... La nourriture du restaurant ou le petit déjeuné n'était pas bonne du tout... Vraiment fuyez! Le point qui m'a fait le plus de peine et qui chez moi est essentiel : la gentillesse inexistante du personnel... Ils soufflaient, fuyaient les demandes des clients, quand je suis partie de manière anticipée ils ont été désagréable au possible alors que j'ai bien payé plus pour ne pas séjourner la moitié de ma réservation...

Lage direkt am Meer, jedoch bei diesem verkehr 1std bis zur City. Pool vorhanden - haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt. Restaurant vorhanden mit riesen auswahl. Das meiste personal super freundlich!

Sehr unsauber & ungepflegt.

The property offers access to a very nice and almost empty beach and has a large outdoor pool. Staff are nice and welcoming. They allowed us a late checkout. The food is good, although a bit pricey.

It is in Kigamboni, really far away from everything and the location pin on booking is at the wrong place, most likely by intention (we confronted the staff - they all knew and gave erratic responses. They play music on weekends, beware, the volume is obnoxious and no one seems to enjoy that. The rooms are very dated and are not worth the money they charge.

We arrived here bc we wanted to spend a day on the beach and relax before our home flight in the night hours. As we arrived the music playin was extremely loud, evan inside the room extremely loud, we asked to lower it, the stuff lower the volume but still was not possible to take a nap. Only good thing is toillet is for sitting, the rest from bathroom was just horrible , water is yellow you cant use it evan for brushing teeth, and shower just so unpleasant that i didnt wanna take shower there. The pipes old and rusty, evan is cleaned it looks all dirty that u dont wanna touch the walls or anything else. Music was off at 21h. The Restaurant made very good pizza and coffee , just overpriced. The room was 100 $ for 1 night, and is definitely not worth the price.
