Breakfast was ok,nothing special

My room hot water did not work.The water from the tap was redish brown,Amenites needs some repairs.I had to reconnect to the wifi every hour,while the wifi was supposed to be for a day

Less crowd

I had asked for one room on the ground floor and another on the 1st floor. I got both rooms on the 2nd floor. Bar and kitchen both close at 9.30. Prices were very very over priced.

Nice beach location and good food

The place requires some renovations and new touch. Looks old and some things broken down, rusty, etc

Cleanliness is much lower than standard. Tv is not operative.

Poor room maintenance. AC wasn't properly. No internet (Wi-Fi) facility, even network from Airtel and Vodacom was weak.. Limited food options. Chicken Samosa wasn't fresh. You can imagine the limitation was mentioned about.

Swiming changing rooms were not clean. Frequent power blackouts

It's the second time we came here, last time in December 2022. Great beautiful beach with clean water. The hotel has a big potential thanks to it's location. The pool is big / however would need some maintenance. Some good food when the order is respected. Very comfortable beds and large bedrooms.

If you are coming here to relax, forget it. It is opened to externals during the day, having even schools coming with more than 50 students, large groups swimming.Letting people swim in their clothes made the pool even dirtier. Very noisy with loud music from 11am all day long, we requested if they could put it a bit down but they wouldn't. We had to shout at each other if we wanted to talk. Restaurant : mind that some dishes will be spicy even if you ask for non spicy food and that they will charge you for it even if you couldn't eat it and got it returned to the kitchen. Issues were the same on our first stay but we were hoping they would have improved. Breakfast : very limited choice and all dishes empty when you arrive at 9am. At the end, check the bill as they charged us more than what was agreed on booking.com We then had to justify ourselves with emails until the manager came to clear it out with us, proving to the reception staff that they had overcharged us.
