Weinig /geen stopcontacten voor de elektrische apparatuur in de keuken en opladers.

The kitchen, bathroom, and the studio in general were very well equipped and thoughtfully arranged. The management was responsive before check-in and kindly allowed us to enter the apartment one hour earlier, which we appreciated.

As a real estate owner myself, I pay close attention to details when entering a property. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the bathroom door handle was broken and missing from one side. We reported this issue to the management via Booking within the first 30 minutes after check-in (Wednesday). After reporting the issue, we received no further communication. We assumed the repair would be handled after our departure. However, on Tuesday, three days later, we returned from shopping and discovered that the door had been fixed — without any prior notice. It appears that someone entered the apartment in our absence while all of our personal belongings were still inside, less than 24 hours before our departure. When we contacted management, they explained they wanted to fix the issue to make our stay more comfortable. However, considering the delay in response and the lack of communication, entering the apartment without notice or consent is absolutely unacceptable. This represents a serious breach of privacy and a lack of professionalism. Additionally, the internet connection was weak and unreliable. The windows are poorly insulated, and noise from outside is very noticeable. It is not possible to consider the apartment quiet before midnight — it often feels as if there is a club right next door.

Our stay was unfortunately quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the toilet door handle was broken and had clearly been left unrepaired, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable. The room itself was lacking basic furniture, including a dining table, making it difficult to eat or relax comfortably. Despite staying for three nights, there was no cleaning service provided at any point, which was surprising and below expectations. Before our arrival, I had politely requested a cot during the booking process and was assured it would be available. However, there was no cot in the room when we arrived, and no explanation or apology was given by the staff. To make matters worse, there was extremely loud music coming from outside, especially at night, which made it very difficult to rest. Overall, the lack of basic maintenance, poor communication, and noise issues made this stay far from satisfactory.
