The Verse

Beautifully finished, great design and very good quality fittings. Loved going out for breakfast too, such a great arrangement. The area had a great feel with really good cafes and shops. All the treats left were lovely and the wine was excellent!

Not to busy/crowded. Breakfast at Hello Kristof was fabulous. Tge staff both front desk and bar were super responsive.

What’s not to like!!!! The Verse is the ultimate in understated luxury. The decor is stunning, the staff could not be more helpful. We had one of the garden deluxe apartments. Having the garden was a lovely addition to an already 5 star apartment. It was spotlessly clean and the beds so comfortable. The goodies of wine, foodie treats, and endless bottles of water so welcome! And the location is exactly where you want to base yourself for a visit to Lisbon.

Great chick in process, the receptionist shows us the Apartment and showed us what we needed to know. The Apartment came with complimentary drinks and sweets, unlimited water refills and delivery to room breakfast ( if you choose it). The Apartment is elegant, spacious and clean. Overall, the facility and staff are perfect.

Not a negative, but a thing to know, The location is a bit away from the center, but we knew that already, but it’s located in an area with a lot of great restaurants, cafes and bars.

The most gorgeous property! The building, lobby and apartment are all very clean, new and beautifully appointed. The apartment itself was huge and had everything we could need (kitchen appliances, coffee, clothing steamer, etc). We chose to have our breakfast delivered to the room each day, which allowed us to enjoy the balcony and really feel like we lived there. The breakfast was also delicious and offered tons of different options. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing spot. Feels more like your own modern apartment versus a hotel.

This is was probably my favorite stay of my business and personal travel in a long time!! I travel every month for work this is a major compliment. The staff was absolutely incredible. The recommendation for restaurants, cafes and shopping were on point. They were extremely responsive on WhatsApp and helpful with directions around the city. The apartments were impeccable and every detail wa thoughtfully considered. A gem for those who appreciate design and excellent and personable service.

Great apartment All you need in the apartment

Newly reconstructed building is now a charming little hotel. A staffed lobby was a major plus, and the decor there and in our room was lovely. The staff themselves were top notch. The "superior apartment, balcony" suite was nice, but suffered from a few defects. No shower, just a pretty tub that resulted in water splashing everywhere. Insufficient soundproofing between us and the apartment above, meant that anyone adjusting a chair above was loudly audible below. But it was very quiet at night, making for easy sleeping. Modern inside shutters on all of the windows and balconies were excellent at keeping the apartment dark and quiet at night. No secondary lock/deadbolt on the suite door meant that housecleaning staff just walked in on us without knocking the first morning. Actually, the door does have locks, but the jamb has not been bored with matching mortises, so the locks don't work. Nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels. The hotel is on a bus/tram route with a stop directly in front, so easy transit into the main area of the city. Or perhaps a 15 minute walk as an option. There's a well supplied supermarket just a few doors away on the same street. Would stay here again, but only if we could get a room with a shower and working door locks
