"Very poor"

New hotel, but rooms are run down already. Construction noise and anemic water flow (very little water from the shower) Would not recommend.

Service and breakfast were okay, but we couldn't sleep well

I didn't sleep well for two nights. There was a strange wifi sign flashing in the room, which was so weird that we both had to cover our heads with quilts to sleep. The soundproofing of the room is poor, it is easy to be woken up, and there are strange sounds outside in the middle of the night.

Location

There is a building site next door which is outrageously loud and starts at 6am. Impossible to sleep through. The room smelt funny and there was still unfinished work inside the rooms themselves. Breakfast isn't great either but the building site next door has to mentioned to people before they stay.

We spent 5 nights, location on the main one was great. Very good attention, we had some problems that they helped to solve with great diligence. Very comfortable room. It is a new hotel that is making new rooms.

The breackfast could be bettwr

The location was fantastic and the rooms were very new! Extremely great value for money. The staff was also very welcoming and nice, every morning also came with a breakfast. The location was fantastic, 10 minute walk to Alona Beach. Will definitely stay here again!

"No frills but still overpriced- maybe wait until after construction?"

Location was convenient. Shower was warm.

Construction is still going on. Had to switch rooms due to uncleanliness when checked in. Staff were quite unfriendly generally - usually helped with bags at hotels in Philippines, everyone has a warm demeanour, offered helped with booking transfers etc but none of this was offered at fun hotel even when asked. Understand construction is underway to make this a better hotel but I think it’s overpriced for where it is at currently.
