The host met us at the gate to the appertmendbuilding where the property is located with only a few minutes of upfront notice from our side. The parking lot is secured by a remote controlled gate, a reserved parking lot for the property is available too. There is enough space even for bigger cars. The host was very friendly at all times and explained everything we needed to know very well. We enjoyed breakfast and a wine in the evening on the sunny, large balcony. Fresh towels, showergel and shampoo were provided. The checkout was uncomplicated by just depositing the keys in a box. The appartment is very clean, everything is quite new and it is tastefully furnished. The queen size bed without a gap in the middle was one of the best beds we have ever slept in on our trips. Like made for couples they had one big cover, just wonderful. The location is somewhat outside the city center in a very quiet area. Three supermarkets with different sortiment (We liked the Coop, they also have some good regional products and wines) are reachable by car within minutes, but might be a bit of a walk. If you come by car you are very quickly on the motorway or on very good country roads if you want to enjoy the beautiful landscape of the wine area and the small italian towns, which we recommend. Destinations like Palmanova, Grado, Goricia, Trieste or Bibione are reachable within 30 min to 1hr even Venice would not be too far.

Very responsive hosts who also offered a lift from the station. Cleaning service in the middle of my stay was much appreciated. Exceptionally clean and well organised.

seats in the kitchen would have been more comfortable and warm with cushions. Basic kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, oil) would have been useful.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and it has all the necessary utilities for cooking. It even has a private parking.The host was very nice and helpful. I would really recommend staying there.

Honestly I wouldn't like to give the best review ever, 'cause than next time someone else might book ahead of me :) This place is the best I have ever been. Thank you guys.

The only downside is the beaches of Monfalcone, you have to know where you go. Other than that nothing else you would not like here.
