Location

1) Not as per photos and no balcony as stated. 2) Rules not stated on Booking.com, such as not Hookah allowed (although ad stated that there are designated smoking areas), not being allowed to cook seafood, or consume alcoholic drinks. 3) Signs of mould. 4) Asked for a marriage certificate which was weird. 5) Constant food smell from neighbours.
