Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Group Policy: When booking 10 apartments or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee. Smoking Charge - £240 Lost Access Card Charge - Free Hardkey replacement - £50 Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges £40 apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. "Lovely stay in a nice neighborhood"

Our group of four people had a very comfortable stay in this 2-bedroom apartment. It was more spacious than we expected, very clean and had a lot of natural light. The kitchen was well equipped. And we liked that there's a TV in each room. We didn't get a chance to meet the staff but they were prompt in response to our inquiry before the stay and provided clear check-in instructions.

It would be great if parking is complimentary :)

"Spacious apartment in great location."

The rooms were all spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was fabulous. There were pubs and restaurants on the same street and it was a short but enjoyable walk through the park and into the city. Very close to the castle. Booking in was easy and we were contacted and greeted by Rashmi who showed us to our apartment. There was also secure parking to the back of the apartment.

The only negative point I have is that in the larger bedroom all the mirrors were in the bathroom. However there were no sockets in there which made it difficult to dry / style / straighten hair etc.

Great location in Pontanna and walkable from the city centre. There are cafes and pubs nearby. Great size apartment with good kitchen facilities.

"A hidden gem"

I was so surprised with the value for money. During a rugby international weekend I expected the prices to be extortionate but in fact the whole weekend cost the same as one night in a hotel. The apartment was modern. Radiators on every wall so no issues in winter. No noise issues. Secure parking out the back though costs £10 per day.. there's free parking on cathedral road if you can get a space walking distance to town. I will be referring my friends and family to use SACO cathedral road
