SACO Cardiff Cathedral Road

It was very spacious, had everything we required including parking at the back and was close enough to walk into Cardiff centre . Good value for money!

Shower in en-suite was very small but I'm small so it didn't bother me but someone bigger it may. It was a little clinical, could be made cosier and a mirror by a plug socket to use when drying hair.

10 minute walk from central Cardiff Staff were lovely Rooms were clean, comfy and maintained very well Enough dishes and cutlery provided for rooms max capacity Overall a lovely place to stay

A very relaxing property a short walk from the centre of Cardiff. The staff were very friendly and helpful on a very stormy day and they made us feel at home! We will be sure to visit again if we get the chance!

The 2 bedroom apartment we booked was on the ground floor and had easy access to the secure car park and local park , park was just opposite the gates of car park. This was a great apartment for our 2 dogs 🐕. On arrival Rashimi met us and showed us around. She has been very efficient with communicating prior to our arrival regarding check ( via emails ) and when we had any queries she texted back. The car park was an extra £10 charge per day but to have a secure gated car park right by apartment when we have dogs was perfect. The apartment was very dog friendly ie dog bed provided in the lounge and a welcome dog bag/ pressie with ball and biscuits which was a thoughtful surprise. Facilities are very good with open plan kitchen lounge diner , washing machine , dishwasher, large fridge and good oven microwave and hallway between bedrooms , place to hang coats. Our Australian friend joined my husband and I and she was impressed with her bedroom , comfy bed etc. we had the larger bedroom with ensuite and this had french doors going out onto a small open lawn by car park ( which was handy when letting dogs out ) . Showers x2 were fantastic. Location is amazing on Cathedral Road as its just a short walk to several local good pubs that serve good food and it is walking distance to Pontcanna where there are coffee places , cafes and bistros , supermarket. The bus into city (no 63) stops right outside the property. Liked the milk left for us in fridge . We will be booking this place again and a thank you to Rashimi who was very helpful.

Nothing to not like. Kitchen cupboard handles could of had a better clean ( were sticky - think this was an oversight ! ) but everywhere else was absolutely spotless . Would of been handy to have had basic condiments ie salt pepper there , as a-lot of self catering places we have stayed at have this .

Amazing staff - had most contact with Rashmi and was made to feel very welcome. Staff available 24/7 to help, and easily reached by text with quick replies both before and during the stay.

It was extremely clean. The location was good also very quiet. The rooms itself were big, very comfortable stay The beds were comfortable as well Overall loved it will definitely come again

Lovely location & building with space in the apartment too.

The shower could be improved although it did work & the temperature was good. The seal around the bath panel looks bad.

The property was spacious and comfortable and just a short walk from both Cardiff centre and Llandaff. We were very content there

The heating was relatively easy to use but could do with a few instructions. A cafetiere and teapot would have been a welcome addition. Otherwise all good
