"Ver bad experience"

Service was very bad.. the wall between the rooms is not concrete so i was hearing noise all the night.. also i spend 3 nights in the hotel and no one clean the room.. although i have contacted the reception many times

"Nice hotel but needs to improve cleaning service"

Very nice room, soundproof.

We did not know when our room would be cleaned. We were there 4 nights and just had room service 2 days. One of the days, our towels got changed but not our bed sheets. It looks like the 1st day the room was cleaned earlier than the 2nd. The towels were very old.
