The view from hotel, the rooms, the food everything is good and great. Especially the Manager and the staff, they all are really supportive and helping.

The road from the main market that takes you to the hotel is really not in a good condition. The property is too downhill and the road has sharp turns. It is difficult to drive on this road at night but seems okay during day time. But if you have any problem driving up or down on this road, the hotel staff helps you and they drive your vehicle themselves. Except from this everything is perfect.

Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean.

The approach road is no good.

The room was very good, Clean, washroom was also hygienic and clean, Good view from Balcony, food was not good, I didn't like one more thing that tax was not included at the time of booking so the manager asked for extra money as tax calculation at the time of checkout. And the property is in the downhill area and the path downwards(road) is totally broken and risky to drive also but the good part is they will offer you ride down and up the main road if you will ask them too. I liked the the behaviour of staff and one more good point is that it is very near to main market and Chail Palace.

The Staff is too good, view from all rooms and balcony is really great, it's a new hotel so everything is working fine and looks neat and clean, Size of room and washroom was good enough, hot water was there for 24 hrs. Room service is good also.

The food is not good, they should definitely check this issue because in most of the nearby hotels food is really good, the location is a bit off-road from main road and market so you can't go out for walk or to buy anything, Also the balcony doesn't offer much privacy. Wifi has some issues sometimes may be because of location

View from the hotel rooms is amazing

I found the road downhill to the hotel difficult to drive as it has a few sharp turns, so I called up the hotel guy, and he gladly came up to drive. He drove us up as well while checkout without any cost.
