Love love love, Wolfgang, Barbara und das flauschige Rudel sind sweet und fun, das Haus und Zimmer sind super neu und frisch renoviert und in der Küche hat man alles was man braucht

Ich habe mich bei Wolfgang und Barbara sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und die vielen süßen Tiere machen den Aufenthalt noch besser und die beiden haben viele interessante Sachen über das Auswandern nach Madeira und das Leben dort zu erzählen. Wolfgang war außerdem so nett, mich zum Start meiner Wanderroute zu fahren und hat mir super Tipps für die besten Wege gegeben. Sogar eine "Hirnbirn" haben sie mir ausgeliehen. ;) An meinem letzten Morgen haben wir zu dritt mit den beiden Hunden noch eine tolle Wanderung an der Küste unternommen. In einem Hotel hätte ich das alles verpasst - für aufgeschlossene Leute ist das Gästezimmer von Wolfgang und Barbara auf jeden Fall die beste Wahl. Ich hoffe, ich kann irgendwann mal wieder vorbei schauen. :)

Kényelmes, tiszta, modern szoba szép fürdőszobával. A konyhát lehet használni. A tulajdonosok kedvesek, vendégszeretőek.

We really enjoyed our stay at Barbara and Wolfgang's place. They were really nice to us, they gave us recommendations about things to do in the island and we had a good laugh together. Their pets are super friendly and well behaved. The bedroom has a comfortable bed with an ensuite bathroom,and everything is spotless clean. You can also use the kitchen,that has everything you need. They house is in Sao Vicente, the best way to arrive is by car, you can just park it on the street.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Azul in São Vicente! The accommodations were clean, modern, and felt new. Barbara and Wolfgang were helpful and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the friendly dog and cats in the house—they added so much charm and warmth to the experience. The location itself is stunning, with beautiful ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere, yet still conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Casa Azul is truly a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily return!

Arrived into Sao Vicente by Bus from Funchal. Walked up to the house and met one of the owners. He showed us around the place. Amazing views all around especially from the roof terrace. He also informed us that we have use of the kitchen facilities, dining room and had a fridge to ourselves. All was very comfortable, the bed was very comfy and the shower was excellent. Also met Lexi the lovely dog and 3 very friendly cats. Sao Vicente is a wonderful place with high cliffs overlooking the house and the sea, and the views are spectacular. Many opportunities to walk around the area including lavadas, also walks along the old road just outside the town. Buses are not frequent so you need to keep an eye on the online timetable. And you need to know which bus stop to use for certain routes. Many eateries/bars in the town and at the sea front where you can also get on the surf board. The house is a great base for the north west of the island and the owners Wolfgang and Barbara were excellent hosts. They were very accommodating and welcoming. The house is fabulous but if you are traveling on buses it's quite a steep uphill walk from the centre of town. We have been to Madeira many times travelling round this beautiful island thinking this might be our last trip but having stayed with this  family we will definitely be returning at some point .
