INOur stay has been very good. But what makes this hotel exceptional is its hospitality and care for the guest, which has been excellent. Specially Sudhin from the restaurant service went above beyond to take care of the guest. Food was good too with many options. Highly recommend.

INOur stay was nothing short of a nightmare, especially since we were traveling with senior citizen parents and an infant. There was no staff at the reception when we arrived. The property had no power, the lift wasn’t working, and there was no parking facility—we had to park our vehicle on the road. We carried all our luggage to the 3rd floor ourselves. After multiple requests, one staff member came to assist but gave up halfway, leaving us to manage on our own. The room wasn’t ready—we had to call housekeeping to get it cleaned, and also had to request basic essentials like towels and toiletries. One of the rooms had a non-functional AC, and the shower had barely any water pressure. Even after the lift started working later, there were no lights inside it, making it unsafe and uncomfortable—yet no one took the initiative to get it repaired. To make things worse, there was no breakfast available. Bedbug found in Room 308 Overall, the lack of basic facilities, poor maintenance, and complete absence of service made this one of the worst stays we've ever had. Strongly not recommended.

Not found anywayvto contact hotel till last day. Incoming facility was banned in that number. Direction given in booking. Com is not exact. Around 400 mtrs difference. Not provided tooth brush and paste. Soap after caling to customer support only. No proper parking. Its at road side only.
