La posizione, cercavamo una soluzione vicina all'ospedale Burlo. Ed il prezzo, molto conveniente.

Abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad entrare nell'appartamento. L'apertura automatica dell'ingresso non funzionava ed il proprietario non rispondeva al contatto che aveva indicato. Erano le 20, per fortuna ci ha aperto un condominio. Pulizia dell'appartamento un po' sommaria. Il parcheggio è condominiale non assegnato, e per accedervi bisogna prima salire a prendere il telecomando. Se non si è accompagnati bisogna prima trovare un parcheggio esterno. Nel mio caso sono per fortuna riuscita a trovare un parcheggio in strada, ma è veramente difficile parcheggiare in quella zona

L’appartement était propre

Nous avons eu plusieurs problèmes: - le ROBINET de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas, nous étions obligées de faire la vaisselle dans la salle de bain - le LAVABO de la salle de bain ne s’évacuait pas, nous devions nous brosser les dents dans la douche - le PARKING était complet, nous avons du nous garer dans la rue - nous avons tenté de contacter le PROPRIÉTAIRE mais nous n’avons jamais reçu de réponse

The only good thing has been the price and the relative silence in the apartment. I needed to attend a funeral and it was convenient to get to the cemetery in a few minutes drive. Getting the keys, once I went through the cumbersome way to access the parking and open the main entrance of the building, was not too bad.

Calling parking the common property is kind of too much: cars are parked everywhere without a reasonable sense and finding a spot in the evening is just a dream, with high chances of being trapped without chances to get out or cause damages to your own car. Accessing is a nightmare: you should go first go to the apartment to get the remote control leaving the car in the middle of the road or obstructing the parking access. I believe there's the need of being transparent: you cannot advertise "Ultimo piano con parcheggio" if these are the conditions because people can choose that soluton just because of the parking. The apartment is old and would need some renovation, especially in the bathroom (the shower tube is brown instead of white) and there was almost no soap. I'm not a tough guy and I hate giving bad feedbacks, but the situation is exactly how I described.
