I really enjoyed my stay, and I highly recommend this apartment. Carlos met me at check- in; he was really lovely and helpful. The apartment was easy to find, an Uber took me right to the door. The apartment is sizeable, clean, comfortable and every room is well-equipped. The location is perfect to explore different areas of the city. The building is secure and has a concierge/security guard at reception. There is a 24 hour minimarket next door and a rooftop bar and restaurant. I especially loved the view at sunrise :).

The apartment was very nice, in an elegant new building and impressive view. It had two bedrooms, living room and kitchen, and was comfortable.

The apartment was very difficult to find and the pin on the map (Av Balboa and Av B) is in the wrong place, about 0.5km away from the actual location (Bay View building). I had previously asked to receive a photo of the building entrance, but this was sent only after I started my journey from the airport, at which time I no longer had wifi to receive it. I had a very stressful time trying to make contact to find the right place and the delay made me late for the tour I had booked that morning. Advice to owner: please give accurate location information on the website. Advice to future guests: make sure you have explicit location information before starting on your journey.
