The staff were extremely nice and accommodating The room was better than in the pictures Everything was working (minibar, a/c...) and the walls were indeed soundproof

this is bad I haven’t been able to find the place

the employee did not answer the phone leaving me searching for the place si many missed phone calls then they did they waited and can’t refund usually in these situations you should be able to refund the person. they indicate a location where the hotel is NOT : it’s. form of theft existing on booking. and usually booing does nothing to save the customer so much pain of GOING THERE SEARCHING FOR THE PLACE NOT FINDING THE PLACE CALLING THE HOTEL NO ANSWERS AT ALL
