The accommodation exceeded my expectations, it’s so beautiful. I am so going back

The location is great, but there are any better options in Walmer that are better value for money.

The communication was poor and struggled to get hold of someone to get check in information. The lady I did eventually get hold of was very rude. The biggest issue was that the place was not clean - the shower and bathroom has evidently not been cleaned, with hair shavings still I. The shower and a previous guests' sponge. The linen was not clean and there was no duvet. The shower dripped randomly throughout the night and there is a very bright light right outside which shines through the curtains. I don't know how this place has such a high score.
