Urban Space Gangnam station

地下鉄の駅三駅から歩いてすぐの場所にあり、空港バスも止まるのでアクセス抜群です。 洗濯機、電子レンジ、シンクもあり韓国での一人暮らしが体験できます。

Shabby little apartment with an excellent location. There are tons of cafes and restaurants around. 8-10 minutes to Yeoksam station and airport shuttle bus. The host gave a clear explanation about finding the place

There was no electric kettle to boil water. No bath towel, only several hand towels. Overall, a very run down place but ok for the price

This is a gem of a room, situated between Yeoksam and Gangnam Stations and with easy access to all the major tourist areas. The room is clean and well-kept with a full kitchenette and modern bathroom. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful in all things. Should I be in the area again, I'd return to the USGS.

Location.

Blood stained bed! It was so disgusted to find out that I slept on the blood stained bed which didn’t even have bed protection. The owner didn’t tell me about the boiler to be tuned on for hot water… The building was old and the apartment was sad and poorly furnished. Even the price was responsible it wasn’t worth staying there !!!

Accommodation was clean and cozy. Shower was spacious. The host was kind enough to take care of the luggage before actual check in time.

The street was a little bit noisy

It is very conveniently located to all amenities and transport. It has everything I need including cooking a light meal, washing ,etc. Above all the owner of this place has been most helpful and responsive which has made huge difference to my trip ton South Korea.
