The room i booked i never got . Plus the room i got were stinking and I found a cockroach in the room that disgusting. Worst experience ever

Staff, their behaivour, their service. Totally pathetic

Had issued with cleanliness and had to call them again and again even if it’s a small requirement. Location is good but in terms of attitude of the staff and cleanliness i would not recommend this place

No clean rooms, dirty , paint was falling toilets were dirty too

Only location was good. i cant find anything else good in the hotel.

The staff was absolutely rude and negligent. nothing was working. they first put us in a room where flush wasnt working. then they took an hour to shift us to another room where there were cockroaches. my foot was fractured and i asked them to keep the ice pac in the refrigerator but they said their refrigerator was also not working. the staff talked to me as if i was their servant and didnt even help with luggage and i had to handle the luggage with fractured foot.

The room was spacious

No proper chair or sofa for sitting One single switch used to turn on 8 lights in the bathroom it becomes uneasy and impractical in the night Tables and few storage facilities can be added in the room
