Spacious Alpine View Resort

Location and interior of property was perfect.

Advertised view (not as good as it looks), value, kitchen

Arrived and got code and entered and property looked like inhabited!! Not cleaned, dirty towels, beds unmade. Owned privately so reception had no contact, booking had no ci tact and owners had said working that day but managed after a while to contact then by booking msg. They tried blaming it on upstairs using dis stairs illegally but then admitted they had missed scheduling cleaning for checkout over a week ago.

Location, rooms, clean, tidy, had everything we needed.

We were excited that there was a sauna available (and spa) but unfortunately the sauna was not hot and didn't seem to be working.

Advertised heated pool was not heated at all in winter time reception says. Abundance of emails before arrival for 1, 1 a, 3 & 3a all information bunched together making it confusing. No service for 4 night stay , 1 towel per person forto manage between shower and spa pool. Old kitchen sink sitting in pool/spa area. Entrance to apartment had plastic bottles and other rubbish littered at front door. Hosts seemed very interested in keeping running cost down and nothing else. We won’t be back! Very disappointing stay

We loved the access to the extra facilities like the tennis court, gym and spa
