- Staff not flexible, if you need something out of procedure you're can give up before starting - Staff need to smile a bit more - At arrival explaination are missing. They tells you to "let your luggages on the corner unpolitely" and fill bunch of sheets. The process need to be automatised. who wants to fill sheet during holyday? - They provide you a colored bracelet so you are tagged like cows according to your subsription all-in, half pension, etc... It's the best way to sort customer by the content of their wallet et helps to give information about you to the other traders in the city. - We suscribed to "demi-pension" which doesn't gives you the right to the "crêpe" at the afternoon but you can buy one for 10dt only (it's 3 times only of the normal local price for a crepe) - It's so big and there is so many people that you fill like a number - Everything is made to push you to stay inside the hotel

Very noisy couldn’t sleep all night The breakfast was good though Staff are friendly

The smell in Resturant were almost sewage Also the 1st day in room I have found cigarettes in the drawer
