Great apartment in the very center of the city. 3 min walk from cafes, restaurants, shops. comfortably furnished, new and modern interior. here is everything you need for cooking. plus there is a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine. Mr. Murru is very helpful and responsive. great welcome with antipasti and wine. excellent attitude.

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo's apartment - everything was perfect from start to finish. Massimo personally welcomed us at the property, and we felt at home right away. The apartment is ideally located in the city centre of Cagliari, on a quiet street near the Old Square and the Marina area. The flat is modern, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The highlight is definitely the beautiful terrace - a perfect spot to relax. Upon our arrival, Massimo surprised us with a thoughtful welcome gift, including delicious Sardinian sweets and local wine. I would absolutely return to this place the next time I'm in Cagliari!

Massimo is an enthusiastic and energetic host who was constantly in touch to check that our stay was going well and to make recommendations. The apartment is in an excellent position for central Cagliari, close to many restaurants and bars. We stayed there during the annual Festa di San Efisio (May 1) and it could not have been in a more convenient location for the famous procession. The apartment is in a modern building with easy parking and access. Inside, the apartment is tastefully decorated in modern style and has everything you would. It makes good use of the small space. Wifi is OK (8 Mbps).

This property is amazing. It is located in the center of Cagliari where you can walk to all cultural and historical sites and to the best restaurants in town. It is extremely clean, luxuriously furnished, with a fully functional kitchen, washing and drier machines, two large high def tvs , a luxurious bathroom with an exceptional shower, and a romantic balcony. And best of all, Massimo, is an incredible host. We have never met a host like him during our extensive world wide travels. Among other things, Massimo will proactively ensure his guests enjoy the best his beloved town has to offer and assist you in any way possible. If you are planning to visit Cagliari, this is the first property you should try to book. Easiest decision one can ever make.

The hospitality and friendliness of our host Massimo was superb, he personally greeted us with delicious Italian pastries, showed us around the apartment and shared ideas for the best beaches and restaurants. You are made welcome and so you feel at home immediately. Nice, charmingly decorated place, quiet at night, very clean and fresh. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay for one or a couple. The location is very convenient, in 5 minutes walk you get to the main street with cafes, pharmacies, stores. There is also a cafe on the first floor. If you want to visit Cagliari, this place is awesome.
