Christina who works the breakfast shift was so nice and willing to do whatever I needed to be happy. The same comments for Galena.

The water pressure for the shower could have been better

"Amazing boutique Hotel in Chania"

Epavli Grace is a amazing boutique Hotel in Chania .The Hotel located in great location near the old town and the central city area.The breakfast is the best in most Chania Hotels.The rooms are very clean.All the staff Hotel are friendly,professional and support the guest with patients and great smiles,but the Queen Hotel is undoubtedly the stunning front desk employee,Galina❤️!!!

"Exceptional"

The staff was described as very friendly in most of the evaluations. I am usually a little sceptical as that mostbprobably goes in the direction to beeing to friendly and not authentic. In this case i was totally positive suprised. What a spirit in the team, warmly and really great.

If you want find a point here is something. If you need really total darkness for sleeping that become a problem. Small Light fro. TV (standby), electrical powerstation and desk for showing if room Service is needed or not keep in total 4 permanent small Lights in the room.

"bon séjour avec un très bon accueil"

bon emplacement par rapport au centre ville, excellent petit déjeuner, très bon accueil

la chambre côté cour n'est pas forcément un avantage compte tenu d'une ouverture de la cour sur une rue animée
