The house itself and location with beautiful views. It was pleasantly decorated, cleanliness to a high standard with wonderful neighbours, and although the owner lived abroad, she always replied to messages.

It's has major issues with electricity and hot water . Unable to use hot water or shower because the electricity would turn off. We had to heat up pots of water to wash in the morning. The heating was not adequate for the for the house but was unable to use it because the electricity would turn off. I had to go to the basement several times during the day every day just to reset the main electrical switchboard. I would not recommend staying here in the winter months. Due to the mentioned issues.
