Spacious Home Private Parking Central Newquay

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent and very convenient, with everything within walking distance, making it easy to get around without needing transportation. The accommodation was spotless—the bedding, towels, and floors were all very clean. The beds were especially comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The kitchen was very well equipped, with plenty of cutlery, plates, cookware, and all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It felt very much like being at home, as everything we needed was readily available. There was also a great selection of entertainment and activity options, including games, books, and other equipment, which was a nice addition and helped make the stay even more enjoyable. The host was very helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience that we would happily recommend to others.

The general cleaning could use a little more attention in some areas, and the property did not feel quite as fresh as it appeared in the photos. However, this did not affect our comfort or enjoyment during the stay. The rooms were also a bit smaller than we expected based on the listing. Despite these points, the accommodation was comfortable, well-located, and provided a pleasant experience overall.

Home away from home. Everything you need, and more, was provided.

Struggling to think of anything. Couldn’t find any recycling bags, so took our recycling home with us. The Astroturf outside smelt mildly of dog urine.

It was clean and comfortable and was really well decorated and furnished. Well equipped kitchen and having the use of surf boards etc for the beach was a great bonus. Lovely sea view from the top bedroom. Short walk to the town and beaches.

Only one parking space and trying to find on street parking for other cars was sometimes difficult.

The location is superb. The house is very comfotable to fit in the 6 of us, the rooms are quite big, toilets are clean. The kitchen are well equip with almost evrything. There was a problem with thr boiler but they send a plumber asap. I would recommend this cosy jouse for those who want to stay comfortably while enjoying what newquay have to offer.

The back garden need a bit of care.
