Super clean, great location, loved the spa and room.

Staff seemed a bit cold at times. When we checked in we weren't told where the room was.

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit großem Zimmer."

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, wenige Minuten von der Bahnstation entfernt. Der Eingangsbereich mit dem traditionellen japanischen Haus ist sehr schön angelegt. Unser Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse sehr großzügig geschnitten. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Spa Bereich der schön angelegt ist. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt in der Umgebung gab es aber genügend Frühstückskaffee.

Aktuell (Mai/Juni 2026) ist auf dem Nachbargrundstück eine Baustelle. Diese hat man aber nur tagsüber gehört und bei uns auf Grund eines Taifuns wurde mehrere Tage nicht gearbeitet. Auf dem Teppichboden waren tw fremde Haare.

The onsen. Was great to relax after a long day particularly, if like me, you have a few tattoos. It was empty almost every time which made it easier for me to pop in and not offend anyone.

Location, spa, interior. Room is quite small but arranged very well so doesn’t feel small. Candeo hotels offer great value for money.

Breakfast (especially the Western option) could be improved - cold omelette and sausage aren’t too appetising. Room overlooked neighbouring buildings.
