I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. We traveled 28 hours, arrived to check in, and someone was already living in our room. Like you, you think the manager did the right thing, because he wasn't there. We sat there for 2 hours after the trip, and the owner of the hotel arrived and wanted to give us a refund, even though he knew perfectly well that we would be left on the street. In the end, after almost 3 hours of our conversations and requests, they finally gave us another room, completely different from the conditions we paid for, we didn't get a refund, no one even changed, think a hundred times before going here.

Liniște

the location was great for our needs since we chose it close to our conference venue. there were also plenty of options nearby, including restaurants, 24h fast food, and a market, which made everything very convenient.

i think the cleanliness could be improved. the rug on the floor was dirty and the curtains had stains. the room didn’t smell well aired out. the bathtub had rust in some areas. my friends in the next room also received towels with stains. additionally, if the room is meant for two people, it would make more sense to provide two towels instead of one, and slippers would have been useful as well.
