Jednostavan ulazak

Die Wohnung verdient durchaus den Zusatz "Luxury". Wunderschöne Einrichtung (ganz besonders das Bad), sehr modern. Die Betten waren bequem. Da 4. Etage kann keiner in die Wohnung schauen. Toller Blick über die Dächer und ein wenig auf's Meer. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Der Strand ist nur ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, war abends mein Lieblingsplatz. Die Kommunikation mit Marino war bestens. Diese Unterkunft kann ich definitiv weiterempfehlen. Ich hatte ein kleines Problem, was Marino nicht wissen konnte, das hat er umgehend gelöst. Einfach nur toll. Hier noch ein kleiner Restaurant-Tipp: Im nicht weit entfernten Restaurant "Lola" habe ich richtig lecker gegessen und auch angenehm ruhig gesessen.

Location is very good, everything is reachable within 5-10 minutes walk + parking is available on the street right next to the apartment. Huge benefit in Split.

Noise from the birds at night could not sleep ith the windows open in the bedroom but in the bathroom ok. Probably ok in the summer with the aircon on.

Odlicna lokacija, cistoca, soba je divna, uredna i namestaj nov. Host nam je maksimano izasao u susret. Sve preporuke 🤗

I stayed in a very nice room with a generously sized bathroom and super comfortable bed. It was very quiet and the location cannot be beat. Also, Marino, the host, is a gem. He kindly let me check in a little bit early - as soon as the room was ready, he texted me and let me know. For my purposes on this stay in Split, Rooms Kiara worked perfectly and I will return.

Nice, clean room with comfy bed. Good value for money. I especially recommend it for people looking for an accommodation near the ferries or bus station.
