So well located within the walls of the old town. Shorts stroll to everything but out of t(e way of the daily crowds. The apartment was very clean, generally well appointed.

Jus5 a few very small minor things; a clothes horse to hand washing on as there is washing machine. Plus a spare blanket as it did get a little chilly at night.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Wir haben auf Parkplatz 3 oder 4 geparkt und waren in 3 Minuten „zu Hause“. Der Ort ist tagsüber touristisch extrem gut besucht. Gute Restaurants und schöne Cafés sind mit wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Trotzdem hat man in der Wohnung herrliche Ruhe und zudem aus Küchen- und Schlafzimmerfenster einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Landschaft der Toskana. Der Check-In und die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber waren angenehm, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Carlo war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer, Wahnsinn! Kleiner süßer Balkon mit Blick in den Innenhof. Abwicklung vollkommen problemlos und sehr freundlich!

El apartamento está perfectamente ubicado, una zona muy tranquila. Es muy bonito y limpio. Totalmente recomendable!

L'emplacement est top, logement est propre, confortable et bien équipé et la communication avec le propriétaire est facile. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour à San Gimignano.

Logement très agréable, moins vétuste qu'il peut paraître sur les photos. Arrivée sans contact qui s'est parfaitement déroulée avec des indications précises de l'hôte. Merci à lui.

le seul petit bémol c'est que nous avons eu très chaud dans l'appartement

It was a big apartment, well located and close to one of the parking lots.

There’s no air-conditioning. In summer this is a real handicap.
