Very clean

No towels, no WiFi, no air fryer or balcony, no facilities on sight, felt like a ghost town or the start of a growing site, diggers and railings around

Absolutely love the caravan, so spacious and clean. Had everything we needed in there.

I wish there was entertainment or something to do on site however it is a brand new caravan site.

Really enjoyed our stay. Its a brand new holiday park with all properties in top notch condition. It clearly exceeded our expectations. It has everything you needed for your stay. The property was very clean and ready for us even though we arrived bit earlier than our check in. The kids loved it cause they had TV in their room with youtube and NetFlix, what else would they want. The location was great and only 5 minutes drive from Parranporth Beach. We definitely will be back and highly recommend this. I would rate this 5 Star.

Nothing to dislike about it though I would have liked some extra toilet rolls but these were provided to us on request so it wasn't an issue.

Very friendly and happy staff that met us on site. Comfortable caravan with 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. Complimentary beers and prosecco was a nice touch. Lockable decking kept kids safe.

Caravan was excellent,spotlessly clean and very well equipped, great location and reception staff from the sister site were very friendly and helpful.

The caravan was great, very clean and well equipped only downside was the fact that the site was still being constructed so the view was mainly rows of concrete foundations and pipework on one side of the site. Maybe worth mentioning the building work in the booking information, it didn't bother me but would perhaps be an issue for some. I met the guy cutting the grass when we arrived and he sorted out the key for us and brought a picnic bench over for us,great guy and a credit to the company.
