Gatlinburg Cabin Sleeps 8 Hot Tub Fire Pit & Smoky Mountain Views

The views were exceptional. The cabin was clean, spacious and beautiful. We booked extra night and it was so easy.

Nothing, only disappointment was we did not see any bears, but this could not be helped.

Secluded and very peaceful.

Nice home with nice view. Open floor plan upstairs. Nice outside seating for sure but we didn't use it

Light switches could had been labeled. Some lights didn't work at all. Wish I know the ice maker worked.

The views

Location was great, not too far away from town but not too close.

That my family had a place to stay.

The vents were very dusty, and the dust was on the ceiling of the kitchen due to the vents being so dirty with dust. Water would drip periodically from the ceiling in the kitchen. There was mold in the bathroom up stairs by the kitchen. The master bathroom has major water issues. The tub was not connected to the drain. We had to call and have someone come fix it and there was still water issue but they disagreed. The hot tub was so nasty!!!! There was so much build up of idk what, they came to clean it because I complained but it still had floating particles in the hot tub. They said they would give me a $100 credit but never received that! There were even SOCKS hanging in the master bathroom so who knows how clean it was!! The rocking chair by the hot tub is broken, the chairs on the porch were also ripped. The house, on the outside, is falling apart. The 4x4, i think thats the size, is cracked and you can feel the house leaning. The deck needs some TLC as there are many loose boards. The oven was dirty, so much smoke when you use it, and some of the knobs dont work! Very limited kitchen supplies, bring your own soaps, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels because you will need it... The bests are so noisy and not in the best of shape. However, the person who i spoke with for a few of these complaints was very nice and they did address some of the things very promptly. Next time my family will stay in a hotel...
