Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The accommodation was not clean — the room, towels, and bed linen all appeared dirty, and the mattress was extremely hard, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Another major disappointment was the breakfast. During booking it was clearly stated that breakfast was included, but after several ignored messages we were eventually told that breakfast is no longer served and should not have been listed on Booking at all. Communication was also frustrating. The first contact person turned out to be a former owner and simply redirected us to another contact, who showed little interest in resolving the situation. We felt that our concerns were not taken seriously. On a positive note, we appreciated the tea and cookies provided on arrival, as well as the self check-in, which was convenient, although this was only clarified at the last moment, as the listing mentioned that someone would meet us in person. It’s also worth noting that the accommodation is located right next to a mosque, with a call to prayer around 6 a.m., which may be important for light sleepers. Overall, there were a few nice touches, but cleanliness, communication, and accuracy of the listing need significant improvement.

Jó helyen van a szállás, minden elérhető könnyen. Tágas volt, kedves volt a fogadtatás.

Kényelmetlen volt a földszinti ágy. A wifi nem működött stabilan. Az elektromos rendszer nem bírta azt, ha egyszerre több háztartási gépet használtunk, többször lecsapta a biztosítékot.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de huisbewaarder Chadia, die ons meteen van heerlijke muntthee en koekjes voorzag. Zij sprak bovendien goed Frans. Ook konden we kosteloos een paar uur langer blijven (later uitchecken) , omdat dat handiger uitkwam met de tijd waarop we naar het vliegveld moesten.

De hygiene in het hele huis viel tegen met name in de keuken. Veel keukenspullen zaten vies in de kastjes. Er staat in de beschrijving dat je zelf het huis netjes en schoon moet achterlaten en dat er schoonmaakspullen aanwezig zijn. Dat laatste is zeker niet het geval, en dat eerste wordt moeilijk als er niks is om mee schoon te maken. Verder zijn alle kamers op een andere verdieping, je moet heel wat afklimmen om naar de wc te gaan bijv. We waren er in de winter, het heeft heel hard geregend 's nachts, waardoor de bovenverdieping, waarvan het dak open is helemaal nat geregend was. In de onderste slaapkamer bestaat de vulling van het matras uit piepschuim. Dit is echt een kamer van de B-, zo niet de C-categorie, eigenlijk niet fatsoenlijk aan te beiden.

Le logement était parfait pour un séjour de 4 personnes : propre, calme, bien situé. Le vrai point positif: la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Chadia qui se retrouvent notamment dans les excellents petits déjeuners préparés chaque matin et servis sur le roof top très bien aménagé de la maison!

La chica de la limpieza y encargada de las llaves, súper atenta nos ayudó a encontrar el alojamiento, que está un poco complicado. Se encarga también del desayuno, fue espectacular, tuvimos que modificar la hora del desayuno y no le supuso ningún problema. Muy contentos por esa parte.

El anfitrión deja mucho que desear, no nos prestó la mínima atención ni ayuda cuando la necesitamos. Quedamos con él para que enviase a alguien a recogernos al aeropuerto, estuvimos esperando una hora y no apareció nadie, tuvimos que coger un taxi, para colmo al dar la dirección al taxista no coincidía con la del mapa, tuvimos que contactar con él. Mientras estábamos intentando comprendernos, porque no nos entendíamos por el idioma me colgó. Por suerte fue la chica de la limpieza quien nos ayudó. Muy muy descontenta por la parte del anfitrión, que encima es el primero que se pone en contacto contigo

Hello j'ai réservé deux nuit dans cette établissement malheureusement nous avons passé une nuit horrible car punaise de lit , donc nous avons dû partir le lendemain sans effectuer le séjour complet , les employés sont super gentil mais le propriétaire ne voulait rien entendre et a carrément remis en cause notre version des punaises de lit ...
