"Best Value for money hotel with good food"

Hospitality, friendliness, good nepali foods, value for money, cannoying 45 mins , jungle jeep safari 2hours, tharu cultural dance etc.

ac was out of gas, it was ON but no heating and cooling.

"Perfect base for a few days in Chitwan NP"

Incredible staff. The team couldn’t do enough for us, even waiting with us for almost an hour to make sure we got on our bus to Kathmandu. Incredibly kind and accommodating staff, great food, spotlessly clean and the hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to everything but still on a very peaceful street. Would recommend anyone to stay here

The staff were very helpful with arranging transport and activities. The hotel was very close to the sunset viewing spot.

"Exceptional"

The owner and staff were exceptional. I was picked up at the bus. The location a short walk to the river and scenic spot. Tours were arranged especially the travel by local bus to Lumbini. Room clean with a balcony view of trees with a resident monkey. I ate the local high caste meal

The staff on arrival were extremely hospitable and were always willing to help. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. In addition, for anyone wishing to experience the safari, the staff were able to answer all our questions, book us in and we were picked up by the jeep at the hotel. Overall, I would 100% recommend the Safari Suite hotel to anyone planning to visit Chituan, they completely exceeded our expectations!

We went during the off season so the food service did take longer than usual.

"The best hotel out there"

Nice place no too far from the town and the river. Room are clean and big, nice terrace to relax. We enjoyed our stay and the place is soo relaxing and you can enjoy the pure naturalistic views from the top. The hotel is budget friendly and also the rooms are good enough.

there is no need for any complaints
