An Absolute Stunna

The house was as pictured, kitchen was reasonably well equipped and the house was tidy. Good location to the event we attended and not far from the city. Plenty of linen, towels and toiletries provided. It was easy to contact the property people.

The bbq was unusable - Gas bottle was empty and a full one left but couldn't install as the old one had stuck. The rubbish bins outside were full had little room. Two of the outdoor bar stools and 4 inside chairs were all loose and wobbly, basic stuff that just needed screws tightened, which we did so that you could sit on them The side gate lock wasn't installed so you couldn't shut the gate.

Good location. Cleanliness inside excellent. Easy parking. Great response when contacted.

Advertising as 3 bed 3 bathroom only 2.5 bathrooms. We wouldn’t of booked it, as we had 3 couples. Rubbish bins full when arrived. When rubbish collection as only 2 days prior. Washing basket would be helpful. Gas bottle was empty but replaced straight away which was great. Only thing couldn’t replace it as we had no tools to undo the regulator onto the bottle. Ask for tools but never turned up. So couldn’t use bbq. 4pm check in too late. Ask for earlier but no reply only to find out once got instructions you can pay for early check in.

Plenty of room. Good size kitchen. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is great for a family. Bedrooms were beautifully presented and bathrooms very modern.

Couldn’t find the lead to plug in the air hockey table in the games room, so there wasn’t much to do in the games room. No dryer for getting clothes dried.

Parking was good being the end property but having a big truck could have been an issue if there were any other cars parked at the time. All the bedrooms were great sizes, facilities were lovely and the place was very clean.

The games room was slightly misleading and very basic, however, the tv with log ins made up for it. The water tastes absolutely disgusting and full of chlorine. Not quite enough glasses/crockery etc. for the amount of people it advertises for. There was a smell of cooking spices left lingering in the kitchen but nothing too horrendous. There were also no curtains downstairs but rather nets - this gave an exposed feeling at night time with the lights on.

The layout was good for us.

That there weren't any hand towels for drying your hands especially in the downstairs toilet room. Not enough tea towels for 3 days. Weren't told to bring any if that is what we needed to do.

Very spacious for an apartment, and 3 toilets were a bonus! Clean and tidy, and staff were very responsive prior to and during stay. Walking distance to Riccarton mall.

Lacked facecloths and bath mats, but this was promptly rectified.
