"Outstanding, modern, comfortable"

Absolutely fabulous, recently built unit, with every little comfort you could need, and a spacious, well-designed bathroom, with a roomy shower cubicle and excellent water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The views were outstanding, and it was very conveniently located for Larnach Castle and the Royal Albatross colony. It was just a three minute drive to a lovely little cafe called Duck Otepoti.

"Great veiw and room."

Great veiws of the channel and clean and spacious with private entrance and parking . Host made some biscuits they were delicious. Host also helpful is a little drive from town but value and the veiw worth the drive to town.
