Very clean and tidy Comfortable bed

No cooking in unit,no kitchenette sink . But is fine if just staying a night or two and eating out.

Host is very nice and friendly, even got some cookies for us. We stayed in unit 1 and it was one of the best accommodations we had been to during our holiday in New Zealand. Everything is so clean and nice, even got some good hard cover books about New Zealand to get a grasp of how beautiful she is. Totally recommended.

"Very welcoming, comfortable room, spacious with beautiful facilities."

Dallas, the host, came down to greet us upon our arrival and showed us the guest rooms which were beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Aptly named, with outstanding views down the harbour towards Dunedin. We also enjoyed the homemade welcome cookies with a refreshing cup of tea after unpacking.
