Appartamento centro storico La Pulcianella con vista

Absolutely phenomenal host!! Thank you oh so much to Sandra for trusting us to take care of her beautiful property in our most favourite Montepulciano ❤️✨ we highly appreciate letting us know the nearest car park! The walk to La Pulcianella was super charming, walking through the streets of Montepulciano. Yet once we get there, there was a sense of privacy and calmness! The view is ridiculously incredible!! And the nights were spent reading books that our host has available plus drinking beautiful tea that we appreciate having! We really really loved being surrounded by other locals who are going about their day; seeing a father walking his children to school, an older gentleman reading the newspaper on his front porch and the smell of someone’s nonna cooking the most amazing Italian Sunday lunch early in the morning! Even these little things make the stay very special.. :) We adore that we can see how the sun spreads through the valleys from the comfort of our window! The apartment itself is so gorgeous…. Very meticulously curated and honestly felt super homely! Sandra went above and beyond, providing so much more than we needed - so thank you very much!! Honestly I can’t express how grateful we were to come across La Pulcianella - for the next guests, you are super lucky to stay here 🍀 and please take care of this gorgeous rare gem!! We did a lot of driving and visiting wineries in Montepulciano (and surrounding areas) so coming back to rest in the most cosy and dreamy place was so good for the soul!! Initially we were looking at booking with an agriturismo but we are sooooo glad that we chose La Pulcianella instead! Because we explored on our own pace, have the space to ourselves and got to experience even a very tiny part of this historic and immensely beautiful town - really hoping to be back one day! My stay here might be one of the most memorable places! I think it's really unique to stay in a home like this, which was very clean and spotless! The main highlight has to be the window that overlooks the Tuscany fields. The owner was very kind to provide us with some refreshments, and was very responsive as well when I was trying to figure out the nearest carpark. I also think that Montepulciano was a good choice to stay in amongst the other nearby places - to me it still felt somewhat more residential and quiet, after all the bustle in the day.

I loved this apartment - the view is fantastic and it felt very cosy.

Some people park their cars right outside on the street so this was a little noisy at times but fine with ear plugs.

Nádherné místo v historickém centru s úchvatným výhledem. Báječný servis. Moc rádi se sem vrátíme.

The property is well located and has fabulous views over Tuscany countryside. It is clean, comfortable, has plenty of room and the appliances you need. Good communication from the host who also left a bottle of wine which was appreciated so set up for a great time in Tuscany.

The property was tastefully decorated with period pieces. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom amenities were very functional along with the washing machine and small drying room. The view from the lounge room is spectacular. You could spend hours mesmerised by it! Only a short walk to the main piazza as well. Communication with the host was excellent. Thank you for a great stay!
