Clean and comfortable - all the amenities were available. Booking and check-in process was clear and simple. Lovely sea view. Gustav was responsive to any questions I had and was able to assist with everything. I had one towel short in the room which the staff on site provided quickly. Housekeeping cleaned up neatly and kept the unit in good order. The unit itself was very nice - modern and clean with simple but nice decor. Having a lockup garage available was a bonus and the unit felt safe.

The quality of the WiFi was poor on the first day of the stay - I understood that there was a bigger issue in the area so we had almost no connectivity on the first day of the stay. It improved materially on the second day of the stay.

Good location on the sea view area. Well set out apartment and property.

This was really a great stay with excellent views.

This self catering looks fairly new and is well furnished and decorated. Unit was well cleaned Looks over the ocean so ideally situated for people who want to fish. The owner did keep in touch via e mail although he was not on site. The unit is well equipped with pots, pans, induction plate and indoor braai.

I prefer a place with staff onsite in case of a query or emergency especially in a remote place. Ideally suited to fishing parties. One of the parties here was very loud, singing karaoke. Then went out for a while and came back late very noisy, obviously having continued to party. There was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no complimentary tea/coffee or water. We went into the local SPAR and got what we needed. Also there were a couple of cockroaches.

No oven. No bare minimum items eg salt/pepper. The flat had no personal touches at all. Very barren and soulless place

Not recommended – the staff steals from guests!!! I am traveling with my family. We book many places, and after reading recommendations here, we arrived at this place on 13-16/1/2025. One of the reasons we chose this place was because it is a secured location with an electric fence. Therefore, we did not expect theft from the staff!! This was a nightmare. On the last day of our stay, we went out for two hours, locked our room, and when we returned, we discovered that someone had searched through our bag, found a wallet with $5,000, and took $2,200. This is proof that it was someone from the place since only part of the money was taken, and none of the other valuable items in the unit were stolen. There was no break-in. Moreover, another locked unit was also robbed. The owner asked us to file a police report, and after we did and waited a week, he refuses to take responsibility. He is not willing to offer any compensation or refund, ignoring us and claiming it did not happen at his place. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place – it ruined our trip!!
