LA MONTEE

The property did not entertain our booking. When the property was contacted over telephone, they immediately asked us to cancel the booking because of non-availability of rooms. So therefore, we just did not go there - after we were refused accommodation over telephone. At the same time, I did not cancelled my booking, knowing this will give them leverage to contest that the customer itself cancelled the booking.

The staff is good. I got the early check in and late checkout option which I required as my schedule. The room is small but fine for solo people. Clean and comfortable. Nearby to the mostly locations. Also they have wifi and smart TV too. Cheap and best.

The AC control is centralized so I have to call reception if I need to make any changes in temp. Otherwise all is good.

Room was decent and to the nearest of darbar saheb and shaheed gurudwara Mostly places were in range of 200-300 metres

The owner of the hotel and the caretakers are really very helpful and their behavior is very very good. It was a very comfortable stay. Also, the hotel is at a walking distance from Golden Temple.

property is very neat and clean hygenic.Manager and staff was very cooperative and well trained. Hospitality was excellent like stay at home. Golden temple is very close to hotel. i am very much satisfied stay with La MONTEE
