Valletta Center Apartment by Arco Collection

Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación, en pleno centro y con acceso a multitud de bares y tiendas y un supermercado cercano y sin embargo es una zona cómoda, segura y tranquila. También cerca de los puertos para coger ferrys para las excursiones y de la zona de autobuses. Muy cómodas las camas y la dotación del apartamento estupenda. Todo muy limpio. Con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y en la cocina frigorífico grande, microondas, cafetera y menaje.

EL apartamento es todo interior, aunque tiene bastante claridad, las ventanas dan a un patio interior no muy bonito. Es una primera planta sin ascensor. Un tema importante es el agua corriente: está indicada como no potable, pero el olor es desagradable, los baños hay que tenerlos cerrados y se hace difícil la ducha, no se si es de la zona o de las tuberías interiores. Lo comentamos con la propietaria y nos comento que es lo normal en la zona.

I liked that the property was so central. Just a few minutes to buses, shops, bars and sea front.

I’ve nothing bad to say about this property.

The location couldn’t be more central, the check in process and communication with the host is very good, the place is clean, it had AC in EVERY room and all the amenities (hair dryer, iron) a girl could need. Remember to bring some adapters UK style (the ones provided didn’t work) and make sure you always have enough bottled water (the water isn’t drinkable in Malta).

The building is quite old so it made for a humid/moldy smell in general, the views are towards the atrium of the building so there aren’t tons of natural lighting and the water pressure isn’t the greatest.

Location and safety

Bathrooms didn't have good ventilation. The couch in the living room had stains. Windows don't open to the outside.

The location was perfect. In the middle of everything. The apartment was clean and well stocked.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the old city, would highly recommend. Very comfortable for 4 people.
