Property is good but staff is not good

Our stay at the Kasauli Heights was truly memorable and relaxing. The property is well designed with beautiful views and clean facilities. The food quality was impressive, and the hospitality was outstanding. It’s an ideal place to spend vacations

The Kasauli Heights was a great place for our family trip. The location is peaceful, the food was good, and the service was excellent. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Poor Cleanliness, no food availability, expensive, poor property roads

The property is good and is located in a serene vicinity of pine trees and mountains. The property is of 3 BHK and is on the 5th floor, so the view from there is very good. As the set-up is of apartment, you will not find any restaurant in the prorperty..the apartment has kitchen with induction and basic utensils so you can cook on your own. They have a tie-up with a restaurant that supplies food in the room if required.

Unfortunately, during our stay, one of the lift was not working (as we needed 2 lifts to go up), which resulted in discomfort, especially to the elderly.

Super vibes good ambience perfect place for family vacation we had a great time thanksa lotthe hotal staff for their outstanding hospitality and the food is super delicious

We also got great views off the mountain from the balcony joyful experience ❣️❣️
