"HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE!"

It was close to the venue of the event i was attending. There was a lady i could call aand voice my frustrations and she was kind and tried her best to help.

Unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist, problematic parking: you have to wake up to go move your car for someone to drive out, Dirty room- shower was even wet on my arrival (yuk!), Wet towels, extremely cold room, Dim lights, you cant use for reading. No plan B for loadshedding and they dont care- you must just get on with things, The room smelled. No proper mirror, I had to call and complain before i got anything. I have never been so uncomfortable and frustrated at a BnB. I chose this establishment because thwy had good reviews(8,5*) but I think its a lie and a scam bringing Booking.com into disrepute. I use and trust booking.com and ive never ever had issues until now.
