The bed linens smell really bad

Convenient location. Near everything. The hotel owner, the lady is very friendly and promptly accommodates every feedback received The room would be clean every day if requested, trash can emptied out every time the room cleaned

Room facilities look great but are not maintained properly. No kettle and fan in the room even the utilities on booking.com say so. The room has mosquitoes. AC is not clean so cooling down not quite effectively, it drips water by the time we check out the room. Tivi is not working at the beginning. We have to contact the lady owner to replace it with a new one (the third time). Thankfully it was eventually replaced so we have Tivi. Wifi connection here is barely functional for some reason, even the wifi router is in front of my room. Regarding room cleaning, only with request and you have to be specific about which part of the room needs cleaning. Or else the bed sheet or towels would not be replaced with fresh ones. I don't think the sheet and towels here is completely clean though.

The hotel is just beside the main road and very close to the beach by walk. I asked to change my room to have a window and the staff gladly gave it to me.

The motorbike they provided for rent may have damages and could not transfer the gas if you decide to change.

Good location. Near the beach. Clean room.

Small room. Clogged toilet. Dirty towels. No toiletries. Drinking water is not free. They charged us 10k each. They should've mentioned this before. First in my life. All other hotels water is free.
