"Historic buildings in nice setting with great hosts."

Good location a few km from the N2 and I’m the middle of a big game farm. Very nice, historic buildings thoughtfully conserved. The fort tower was a real highlight. Nice pool to relax in after a long drive. Clara and Sean were excellent hosts. Their passion for the place really came through and was infectious. They prepared nice meals and Sean took us on a good game drive around the farm with interesting insights on land/ game management, history, and the plants/ animals themselves.

Friendly staff

No toilet paper no towels? Only mirror my wife could blow her hair was above the bed thus standing on the the bed

"Beautiful game farm"

Very beautiful location, quiet and peaceful. Farm house is huge, very spacious. Beautiful views of the farm. Wonderful host - Lene was very gracious and helpful. Made us feel right at home. Will definitely return again in the near future.

Unfortunately, during loadshedding only small candles were available to use no other alternative power source.
