PLHospitality of the owner, location, standard, a lot of space, great connection to the beach ( bus 806), to Mountain Pellegrino ( bus 812), to Cefalu or Palermo airport ( train station Palermo Loli) I Highly recommend this place and this Host.
The only challenge could be the stairs to the 3rd floor and no lift. But for us ( 3 adults, 4 kids 10-14) it was no issue at all to climb them.
BGFor an apartment for six people and with two bathrooms, I'd expect we can take a bath in both of them without the need to stop the A/C. I understand this might be a city, building, or in general higher level issue, but is it worth mentioning.
TRLocation is good. Clean and good kitchen for a family.
There is no elevator. Third floor is a torture for children. Also, There was no tea. Given coffee is not good.

ROThe apartment was very clean and very spacious. It provided all the facilities that we needed. It is close to the city center and the host is very kind.
USThe accommodations were very nice. Obviously just recently updated with new furniture and beds. Comfortable beds, good bathrooms, good air conditioning, and good location. Host was very attentive and available for questions.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. I thought there was a lift but that was my mistake. Just be aware it is 4 very steep sets of stairs to go up and down. If you are in good shape it would be no problem. I would have given 10 rating except for the stairs.
DE- spacious rooms - great air-conditioning. - the apartment is very conveniently located - it has two bathrooms, which is a plus - the coffee machine is a great bonus - check-out is easy and convenient - the owner is very friendly and answers promptly.
- the apartment is on the 3rd floor. And the building has very steep stairs, there's no lift. It's fairly difficult to get upstairs with heavy luggage. It might be quite challenging for elderly people or families with small kids. - the towels are very bad (too thin and a bit shabby). They definitely need changing as they don't fit either the apartment or the price of the rent. - the pillows are quite thick but pretty lumpy. - the Wi-Fi password is hand-written, which made some symbols difficult to decipher. We had to guess some of them until we got it right.
