"A cozy and comfortable stay in an ideal location just minutes from Tullamore"

The owner gave a warm welcome and was there if we needed any assistance. The rooms were big, modern and spotless, particularly the bathrooms, which are finished to a very high standard with excellent showers. The beds were very comfortable and the room was lovely and toasty. It’s located in the outskirts of Tullamore which meant easy access to the town. We will definitely be staying here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place to anybody!

Breakfast was superb , fresh food , pleasantly presented and fulfilling. Location was a little difficult to find if not familiar with the area.
