I don’t like that there were men following me to my elevator they wait to see if women are alone. Hotel needs more security near elevators

Very disappointing check-in and check-out experience. The self-service kiosks were not helpful and did not make the process any easier. We were traveling with two young children, including a baby under one year old, and there was only one employee handling guests while six service stations remained unused. The line barely moved, our baby was crying, and we spent an unreasonable amount of time waiting both at check-in and check-out. When you come for a one-day getaway, the last thing you expect is to spend a significant portion of your stay standing in line. Unfortunately, this poor organization and lack of staffing negatively affected our overall experience. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests can enjoy a smoother and more efficient arrival and departure process.

Right by the beach and restaurants

It was dirty and far from everything, we were placed in the Chelsea Tower because we picked the option any room first availability but they don’t say it’s only the Chelsea Tower no other Tower is part of that option which should be mentioned when you are booking it!

The property was beautiful and there is a nice selection of restaurants.
