Millas House Cusco

I really enjoyed my stay at Millas House Cusco. It was only for one night and I needed a place to properly rest rather than a noisy hostel. Mary was very kind and nice and really made you feel at home. The room was clean, hot shower was great and although simple the breakfast was nice. This is a really great value stay for the money.

location was quiet, but still close to the center.

I usually don’t write bad reviews, but my experience at Millas House wasn’t great. As I arrived and payed for my twin room with shared bathroom, the receptionist told me that there is someone currently in my room, and if I wanted to share that room with that person. I told her that no, I booked a private, then she told me that no problem and put me in a room with 3 single bed. One day she came up to me and said if I could hand over one blanket from one of the beds in my room. I went to my room and got the blanket, turned out that she wanted to get the blanket by herself, because now “I ruined the bed and gave her double work”. They also didn’t have hot water everyday, and my room was super cold.

Lugar bem simples, nosso quarto nao tinha janela, fica bem afastado do centro.

La atención de la Señorita fue muy amable, ten comentaba los sucesos de los días que estuve hospedado. Te daba recomendaciones en los horarios que salía. Atención muy buen y cortes.

Justo la habitación que me toco tenia vista a la calle, pero la ventana estaba clausurada. Pero después todo bien con la habitación y servicio recibido.

Lo máximo es la atención de Mari, muy buena persona, cordial sencilla, siempre dispuesta a guiar al huésped en la estadía con datos de donde comer hacer y visitar, y si tienes un problema dispuesta a escuchar y ayudar, el desayuno muy bueno, estaba siempre listo, las habitaciones limpias y con lo necesario para pasarla bien, el precio más que bien de acuerdo a lo ofrecido, pero resaltó la atención de Mari es ¡¡¡¡¡¡excelente!!!!!!!
