Beautiful 😍 best place ever

Would not change a thing

The common areas like the terrace were like beautiful gardens that was very relaxing. The suite we had was very spacious with two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms. The location was very central and it was a short walking distance to many delicious restaurants, shops, the town centre and for catching collectivos. The laundry service was also very well done and we loved the extra large toilet amenities. Best of all, our host Pablo really made this an exceptional stay. He went truly above and beyond what we were expecting, even helping us arrange for a taxi for our checkout and researching and helping us book a private tour. The rest of the staff were also very attentive and we really felt well taken cared of.

Very minor details, but one of the bathrooms, when we took a shower, there seemed to be extra water going into the non-shower areas. And, the suite had a bit of a musty smell, but it's what you sometimes get in tropical accommodations, so once we turned the fan or a/c on, it got better pretty quickly.

My 2nd floor apartment was comfortable, spacious and it was so lovely to have a huge tv and kitchenette. The shower was a power shower and love all the plants outside my window. Pablo and his staff were really helpful too.

Very large room with high ceiling. Fans and AC. Very clean. Excellent bathroom with fantastic shower - very powerful and hot. The room has a kitchenette and a table and chairs. It gives directly onto the roof garden. There are lots of plants. Very attractive place. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing to dislike

Our stay was great, especially the service. We would stay again! The host was available via text or on site daily, and he made us feel well-cared for. He helped us get water, showed us how to use the gas stove, carried our bags, and offered laundry service, which we used and liked a lot. We stayed in both the Deluxe Family room and Two Bedroom apartment during our week. The deluxe family room was spacious and clean. The two bedroom apartment was large and comfortable. The wifi worked well throughout the property. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and patio area - very peaceful. The neighborhood was mostly quiet too.

The Deluxe Family room had no widows and a strong damp smell. The shower flooded the bathroom with every use. The Two-Bedroom apartment had one window in the kitchen, and also needed ventilation in bathrooms - no windows.

Une chambre au premier étage bien rénové et confortable, endroit tranquille, personne responsable sur place sympathique et accueillant. Toutefois la chambre n'a pas de fenêtre (sensation d'être dans un sous-sol). Il semble y avoir un espace commun agréable au dernier étage, je ne sais pas si c'était accessible, j'ai passé seulement un nuit à cet endroit.
